Withdrawal and returns

Consumers may withdraw from an eligible purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal can be declared on the Withdrawal from the Contract page or by contacting info@monoroom.hu.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of communicating withdrawal. The consumer arranges and bears the direct cost of return shipment.

Refunds

For full withdrawal, the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option available for the order are refunded. Extra charges for premium delivery are excluded. Refunds are made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from notification of withdrawal, but may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of dispatch is presented, whichever is earlier.

Liability for diminished value is limited to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and operation of the goods. Statutory warranty rights in case of defective goods remain unaffected. Further information is available in the Terms and Conditions.
